About

Lauren Stevenson-Smith, NP is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner with a robust background in neonatal and maternal healthcare. Born in Redwood City, California, Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis, before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She further specialized in Women’s Health with a Post-Masters Certificate from Drexel University College of Nursing.

Lauren began her professional journey as a Staff RN at the New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital’s Mother-Baby Unit/NICU, where she gained significant experience from 2018 to 2023. During this time, she contributed to clinical research as a Student Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins SON Center for Innovative Aging.

Currently, Lauren serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Westside Family Medicine in New York, providing essential care with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. Her approach to healthcare is informed by her commitment to evidence-based practice and her passion for advancing family and neonatal health.
